Fertility: Acupuncture once/week for three months and until pregnant to balance hormones and increase circulation to uterus and ovaries.

Pregnancy: once/week during first trimester, then once/week to once/month during pregnancy, then at weeks 36 once/week to get baby into position and at week 39 once/day to bring about on-time birth.

Recovery: Stay in bed as much as possible with your baby and bond. Around one month after birth, come in to rejuvenate and restore.
